Based at the southern tip of Africa, In Good Health – mind, body and soul is dedicated to highlighting and simplifying choices for maintaining health, through our reviewing and selling of global lifestyle products.

Working off the premise that being human is tough! and that being healthy all the time – even tougher! we understand, with a high degree of certainty, that some products can in fact support and resolve health niggles and are therefore able to become life-enhancing. So if you want to be faithful to nature, if you value your own health and your family’s – as well as the health of our planet – we welcome you!

As curators of this online selling site – we are not fundamentally esoteric, allopathic, pro-vegan, anti-meat, fitness or health mad, and occasionally are not 100% all natural or pro one company or country. We prefer to select from across the board, from excellent health items produced by stand-out lifestyle companies worldwide.

We strongly believe that there are no miracles in a pill, a bottle, a guru, a cream, a practice, a herb, a spice or a superfood – that we are too complex as humans, in mind and body, for that to ever be possible. We also understand the paradox that too much good, can be bad and that a natural/organic company could be highly unethical, while a big corporate’s products can be safe and effective to use. All too often we find our bathrooms and cupboards filled with purchases that could be re-labelled “major disappointment”!

We also know that consumer satisfaction comes in differing forms – someone’s superfood is another one’s allergen. We don’t subscribe to fundamental philosophies, simply because life is too grey for us to follow one miracle diet or take one path to salvation. Rhetoric like “Nos”, “dont’s”, “must” and “should” tend to ring our alarm bells.

If you are tired of trawling long tedious lists on natural shopping websites (run by techies bombarding you with email promotions dreamed up by “buy-out" boardroom suits pushing the profits), are maybe still wondering what actually works, and are tired of feeling guilty because you love the odd splurge or chemical beauty enhancement – then this site may come as some relief.
